At Medalyn, we pride ourselves on making everyone’s day incredible. In order to do so we have the following policies in place to help us create an atmosphere in which our guest can relax and enjoy themselves as well as maintain a safe environment. Our policies also help our professionals to spend the opted amount of time with every individual guest. These policies help us create the overall Medalyn Salon and Spa atmosphere everyone has come to love and appreciate over the years.


All service pricing is subject to change depending on length and thickness of hair. 

Our professionals time is very important. In order to maintain a steady schedule and allow prompt time and fairness to all guests we kindly request a 24 hour cancellation notice. 

We provide a text confirmation and call 48 and 24 hours before because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months in advance.

After the second no show/no call or 24 hour cancellation notice A DEPOSIT MAY BE ASKED FOR ANY FUTURE SERVICES SCHEDULED.

If you think you will be late to your appointment we ask that you please call to notify us. If you are15 minutes late or more your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Salon Floor

We love your children a lot and we understand that circumstances happen but FOR SAFETY REASONS, children under 12 years of age will not be allowed on the salon floor or sitting in the lobby unless they have an appointment and are receiving a service. 

Our lobby and salon floor seating are for guest receiving services. We can not guarantee a seat for anyone accompany a guest. If you are waiting for a guest receiving a service to finish we encourage you to visit the other shops in our shopping center.

our shampoo room “sinktuary” is a place for quiet relaxation. We ask that you please refrain from cell phone usage or conversations while enjoying this experience.


Although we take every precaution to protect our clients we cannot prevent an allergic reaction from happening nor take responsibility for any reactions to our chemicals or products. 



We will refund or exchange any product that does not meet expectations. (excluding make-up and brushes)

There are no refunds on services

If there is an issue with a service performed, a re-do can be preformed if done within 7-10 days of the original service.
