POLICIES

All service pricing is subject to change depending on length and thickness of hair. 

Our stylists time is very important. In order to maintain a steady schedule and allow prompt time and fairness to all guests we kindly request a 24 hour cancellation notice. 

After the second no show, there will be a charge for 25% of the total services missed included on your next appointment.

we provide a text confirmation and call 24 hours before because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months in advance.

 

Due to state regulations, children under 10 years of age will not be allowed on the salon floor unless they have an appointment and are receiving a service. 

 

Although we take every precaution to protect our clients we cannot prevent an allergic reaction from happening nor take responsibility for any reactions to our chemicals or products. 

 

REFUNDS

We will refund or exchange any product that does not meet expectations. 

There are no refunds on services
